I am working on my next story, and I am thinking I may want to include a little contextual note in this box on the submission form, possibly along with a philosophical question the story may prompt with some readers. I would like to know what the text in this box looks like when the story is published, but I haven't been able to find a story where this feature was used. Can anyone point me to such a published story?
