Everyday it seems the site goes down for 20-30 minutes at a time. I thought all the issues were fixed, but there are obviously still problems.
As a "paid" member, this constant inconvenience is becoming annoying as hell, especially when in a very intense chat.

The member created rooms that are apparent now were created several days ago and thus there has not been a 'site down' scenario in that time. Can you advise at what times you experience this 20-30 minute unavailability?
Furthermore are you sure its not your internet playing up?
The site is now constantly monitored, and automatically rebooted when problems arise. It should be down no longer than 7-8 minutes if there is a problem.
Gav has also been working on the site the last few days (which you wouldn't be aware of), upgrading to a newer version of Windows server. That may have caused a longer period of downtime.
