I have been lucky as I have only had a run across a couple of rude people. Luckily that unlike in real life, it is easier to shut them down here

I guess it depends on your definition of rude. The ones I have found the rudest don't usually last to long. Those who do can be easily blocked.

Luckily I haven't come across anyone I really consider "rude". Like anywhere there are some people we can take or leave and like anywhere real friendships just happen naturally. Today especially I am thankful for all of my friends here.

I have met one or two but they are no trouble really. As others have said they are easy to dispatch.
Generally though, people are respectful and I have had many a good conversation.

I have not had any contact with someone that was truly rude. I have seen some rather rude comments and attitudes in the Forums though. I will never understand that type response to someone's post. I, like I assume most of you, are here for fun, entertainment, and interesting conversation, not to mention the plethora of delightful stories that surround us here. I will never understand the rude, obnoxious, arrogant and even hurtful attitudes some have shown. I have heard from friends that they have been approached by people that do not seem to take no for an answer. That seems to assume because they are on an adult site that promotes sex they have the right to play with whomever they please, then claim some type of right because they are Dom and the person they are talking to is a sub and has to submit. This is a very nieve and childish view of the way things are. I have not heard of any Dommes out here with that same attitude, which I applaud. Just because they are submissive, doesn't mean they are YOUR submissive. I would agree that the fix is to block them. I do think if an individual is blocked by enough members that perhaps they do not belong in this community .... just a thought, not for me to decide.

There are a few, like in any community, but they help give the site its flavor. I have gotten pissed at trolls a time or two, but never had to block anyone.

Same here, I've had more of a problem with people being creepy by asking way to personal questions. Luckily it is easy to block and ignore them.

There are some, especially in the threads oriented toward politics. Some people can argue their points reasonably and without insult, but others thrive on invective. The latter write to provoke. I try to ignore them and not give them any attention.
