We've always eaten pineapple and pepperoni on our pizza.... lately I've been ordering that with jalapeños.

It's good but not as good as figs on pizza...for real. A lot of other stuff is put on the pizza with figs, and it is out of this world.

Yeah, we were discussing this in the "What's for Dinner" thread. He actually lived in my area. Didn't even know about him until a profile in the local media last year (I think it was some kind of anniversary of his invention), now he's gone. Love Hawaiian pizza. It's one of our regular flavours at home when we order pizza.

I love pineapple on pizza.

Roma tomatoes, pineapple and green pepper on a thin crust is a typical topping list for me if I'm not going for a Margherita or whole grain pesto and spinach type pizza.

Someone mentioned fig and I'd be all over that too if I came across it on a menu.

I don't do meat (unless it's dick).

I've always thought that most people who don't like pineapple on pizza have probably not tried it. I like pineapple and jalapeno peppers. I haven't tried banana on pizza, but I like to eat pineapple, banana and pimento cheese sandwiches. Either or both.
