The answer is extremely technical so bear with me. No
You can only select the background theme from the list when you create a room.

with all the new upgrades don't you think maybe you should have different room options with more background pictures. i mean as a paying member i really do love chatting here..its just a idea..

I love pictures, but for chat rooms I'd prefer solid colors or transparencies. With so many colors in a background picture it makes it hard to read the conversations, and the purpose is to chat.... just my
