One of our fellow Lushies wrote a complete review about the Mona Wave and Ina Wave: LELO's new MONA Wave and INA Wave

In short, the Wave versions have a slight movement in the shaft to apply additional pressure on the g-spot.

I remember reading mixed reviews about those models however. According to some reviewers, the movement is rather slow and tedious, at least compared to what actual fingers and a strong wrist can generally achieve; and the regular vibrations are apparently significantly weaker than on the standard models, because the power has to be split between two operations (ie. vibrations and movement).
