Girl Smells are the best.

Febreeze, and workout naked
Apparently putting oranges in shoes gets rid of smells so put oranges around your house I guess? :P
I hang my work out clothes to dry and when I wash them I had a cup of white vinegar in the bleach dispenser. It neutralizes the orders and breaks down grease.
I hang them to dry and we run the washer often.
Febreze In-Wash Solution, if you can find it (unfortunately, here, only Wal-Mart carries it) is a laundry solution that gets the nastiest smell out of anything.
I'm all about the Downy whatever things too, and the Gain Unstoppables, and the Purex Crystals, but the Febreze In-Wash solution is the absolute best. Three boys and two Great Pyrenees have taught me much about getting nastiness out of clothes.

I throw my clothes away after wearing them once.
So an update, the vinegar trick really helps. But I have to be vigilant about getting my gloves out of the car- those things reek!!
My sweaty, workout clothes get thrown into the hamper with the guys', so it neutralizes the man-smell with girl-smell till it all goes in the washer! lol
I actually start my rshower in the gym with my workout shorts and shirt on. Then ring them out roll them in my towel and put them in a plastic bag. I hang them up in the patio room when I get home. I did miss taking them out of the plastic bag once and.... Ewwww.
Actually, hubby does the laundry at our house. I iron. To all those guys that say to work out naked they have no clue what it is to run without the support of a sports bra.
We are not wearing clothes when we come out from the lovely womb of our mother. Therefore, there's nothing wrong with us when we are doing workout at our house naked. So, it a hassle free after. Just to take a warm bath after doing work-out dude. Just that simple at all.

To all those "work out at home naked" responses, some of us prefer out of doors activities. Also, as the Hot Wife mentioned, running or any strenuous activity sans a good supportive sports bra is neither comfortable or good for those ligaments.
Small, more frequent loads, with vinegar (Heinz sells cleaning strength) keep the drenched bras and shirts from smelling so much. As do leaving them hanging on my railing in the sun to dry. It's the armored gloves, the camel back, and other assorted gear that get strong. Those are harder to clean!
You can put a dryer sheet in your hamper, but unless you wait 3 weeks to do laundry you should be fine.
I installed several hanging rods in the laundry room to hang the wet sweaty clothes from. The smell subsides some as they hang dry rather then end up in a pile. We both workout a lot, so we wash them often.
