Strangely enough, that's happened more than once and has been an immediate defriending. I prefer my friends to have a maturity level higher than middle school.

I actually almost never defriend people. Little things like being a perv, being illiterate, posting raunchy porn on my wall, or disagreeing with me or my friends on the forum really don't cause me to break a sweat. I've never been of the mindset that you have to agree with your friends on everything - it's a bit too grade school and cliquey to operate that way.
If I take the time to defriend someone, it means they meant something to me and I'm drawing the line after a fall-out or feeling disrespected past the point of no return. There's a compliment in there I suppose - I don't let my guard down often.
I also don't think I've ever blocked someone - can't recall exactly, but nobody comes to mind.
