Apparently most guys hate it when a girl spits, but I really couldn't care less myself. Personally, I've never had a girl spit out my cum. I'd have thought that if the girl doesn't want to swallow, a better solution would be to finish the guy off with her hand(s) outside of her mouth (perhaps over her face?) when her lover reached the point of no return.
