No nylons, I have so many pairs of shoes it is rather absurd but I would say my pointed toe black patented pumps with an ankle strap.

When the weather permits, I wear these- they're my newest babies and they rock! Not terrible on my feet either; I try to wear as much open toe as possible, partially to keep foot/toe deformity at a minimum.
I never wear hose, with the exception of fishnet sometimes.
