Hello

Ive seen quite a few photographs on here showing girls who have penis's.

Could someone tell me if these are photographs that have been altered with photoshop, or are they real ?

And if they are real...why do they have penis's? Are the penis's actually proper ones - do they work like a boys ?

They're transgendered.
In this case, you're looking at men who believe, mentally and physically, that they're meant to be females so they take the necessary steps to live out their lives this way.

The penises in question are real, and they function like any other penis because they were born with said penis.

The breasts and other female attributes you see may be surgical or harmonal enhancements as well as makeup and such. Some men naturally look effeminate, so all they have to do is add the makeup and breasts and such to complete their look.

So no, there is no photoshop. It's no trick of the eye. Just people trying to live their lives.

It may be more politically correct to say that they're women born in a man's body.

If this interests you in a non-sexual way, than you can find a lot of info online if you search for transgender, like Dani said. If you find it interesting in a sexual way, than you may want to search for terms like shemale or ladyboy. Those are the labels used in porn and often considered derogatory outside that industry.
Oh, and since porn is all about fantasy, there are some fake pics as well. Some obvious, others less so. Most are real photos though.
