If you are logged into lush on your phone, and go to your image gallery, you can choose files from your phone picture gallery.
Another way, if you are not logged into the site from your phone, is to transfer the files to your computer either with the cord or using bluetooth. Then upload.
Actually, I suppose if you wanted to, you could also email them to yourself from your phone then, open the email on your computer, download the email attachments to your computer and then upload to lush but that is a bit longer to do.
