It has been demonstrated and noted particularly in the Western Cultures and many other lands throughout our world that the Holiday Season and the coming New Year tends to be the most depressing season for many of our Brothers and Sisters. Given the loss of Loved Ones, Dysfunctional Relationships, Abuse & Neglect and other Social Maladies we all have experienced and endured, it can be a very trying time. The highest rates of Suicide, Homicide and Abuse to others and to self are prevalent during this season as well.
Our vision with this Anthology is for the Writers and Poets to lend our voices of Understanding, Empathy and Love to the World at Large. I personally have found that Poetry and Prose can be very cathartic. The magic of our words and the spirit of love and care with which we express them is truly a gift. Here we have the opportunity to share them with all whom we may.
This Collection will open on September 1, 2012 and will close on October 31, 2012. We are targeting a Thanksgiving Day release November 22, 2012. We encourage you all to lend your healing words, your gift to the world of us all.
