I'm getting following message when i open my online friends list "Malware Detected !!" dontknow

I have found the same on a couple of occasions. dontknow

Don't open. Just leave it and let it work through.

I think it is because of some people putting gifs in their status and that is resulting in the error.

that is all good but how do you contact them to let them know when you can't get on their page to send an im or pm?

Go to your friends list page, you can still send im's and pm's from the drop down menu that appears when you hover over their name, this way you don't have to go to their profile.

also, if you go to your messages and compose, you don't have to go to their profile to pm them, you can just type their name and the system will automatically find their name and you can safely send them a message.
