I don't know the reasons why porn so often goes with the 'heels in bed', but I suspect there's a psycho-sexual logic to it. I've been requested to wear heels/sandals to bed (not by my current bf, but in the past), and I just figure it's a way for a guy to re-enact the things that he likes about porn. There are other little things that guys sometimes want, that obviously come from porn, too.
As for me, there is something about it that I do like, admittedly. Though the practicality of actually wearing shoes while I fuck on a bed is awkward. "Heels/shoes on" works much better when a bed's not involved.

I don't like wearing heels in bed during sex (or at any other time in bed for that matter!!), it's a lot to think about...trying not to injure him, or yourself when your wrap your legs round his back, during the actual sex. The boyfriend does like fucking me when I have heels on though, so I opt for the middle ground....I keep heels, combined with sex, for being bent over a table, that kind of thing. Not for being flat on my back in bed.
Good new sheets can get very expensive too after the heels rip them up.

Like Bambi, if I'm wearing sexy stilettos or come-fuck-me boots it's more for sex against a wall, or bent over something or even on the floor. I rarely wear heels in an actual bed - although I've had requests on a couple of occasions to wear ballet shoes during sex and those are okay in bed. Otherwise, like someone else said, I'm more worried about putting out an eye with a stiletto heel, scratching up a guy's back with them or wrecking the sheets. If he was into that kind of thing though, then hey - I don't have a problem wearing them. Being naked while just wearing a sexy pair of shoes is definitely hot.
Not during every sex session, but I have done so on several occasions. When I have worn them, it was usually because it was part of some kind of foreplay (modeling new lingerie, a striptease, a roleplaying game, etc.) They've never caused any problems for me and having them on just adds a little something extra to the sex.
