In the real world - the kind of guys that solicite girls for sex are creepy, slimy, think they're gods gift and are most likely crap in bed. Oh, and they usually cant take no for an answer.
It would be nice if everyone could be that open about casual sex and not mind being asked for it that frankly but they're not, and i wouldnt go for a guy who just asked straight out, without even asking for a number first, no matter how hot/confident/rich he was. Honestly, yeah. It's like a compliment to me. Oddly enough I don't always say yes, some people may think I do, some people have that natural creeper vibe they give off or they're too arrogant. I hate the guys or girls who think they can get who ever they want with a smile and a drink.

There was a time when it was flattering to a certain degree IF the person was charismatic enough and spent a little time seducing me a bit instead of just smiling, buying a drink and saying "let's go fuck." Now, it gets rather annoying and irritating and usually the person doing the soliciting is arrogant and assumes the answer is automatically yes, giving no regard to the other person. That's not flattering to me at all.

I wonder why women always hit on me in clubs and bars when I am with my wife. It is annoying to me and it really pisses my wife off. Just a couple of weeks ago some woman stuffed her phone number in my pants pocket while I am walking through the crowd with my wife. My wife saw her do it and confronted her on it. The girl tried to say she did not realize we were together. I don't see how in the hell she did not see that we were holding hands as we were walking by. I have discovered that women in bars/clubs are much more aggressive toward me now that I am married than back when I was single. What's up with that?

Getting hit on in a bar, club, etc can be flattering at times but usually more annoying, mainly because of the way guys go about it. Most are very rude and make it seem like it is my lucky day that they are interested. Some are cool about it but they are far out numbered by the pathetic come ons.
I really love the guys who see me with my GF or with another friend and immediately think threesome. I have heard stories of girls pretending they were lesbians in order to have guys leave them alone, but that just makes them want you even more, LOL!
I agree that many women find married guys more attractive. Maybe beacuse of the challenge of having someone elses guy, or maybe they are just looking for no strings attached sex and figure the married guy wont be constantly hounding them afterward. I have never done that so I cant speak from experience
When guys do hit on me, I always try not to be rude and hope they just give up. But I also imagine, I will be sad when the day comes and they no longer want to hit on me too!!!
Honestly? The attention isn't awful and in some ways it's rather flattering to know that someone finds you attractive.
But, the whole one night stand thing isn't me and it can be really frustrating when some guys assume that a couple of drinks means you become their property or seem unable to understand the words "no thank you".
i find it flattering that some one would be interested but i'm not quite sure i would be okay with a one night stand or going to a complete strangers house.

Don't particularly like it, mainly because most are drunken layabouts. Just occasionally a guy with a suave and attractive personality will be subtle and I may well gravitate towards him - and who knows I may well end up having sex with him.
