If you could be an animal in the world, what would it be and why?
I was once asked this question during a job interview. Now I like asking others the same.

I'd be a greyhound just like the one I've got - lives to eat, sleep and be taken for a walk ... oh yes, and he's always sniffing round some bitch's bum ...!!!
An Otter. They Just Always Seem To Be Having Fun, Swimming And Playing All The Time!
I would be a cat. Strong, independent, killer instincts, lovable, pettable. Able to snooze in the sun during the day and roam the wild at night....

I would either be a dolphin or an eagle. Both 'fly' free through their environments with few restrictions. They have few natural enemies in the wild. They are both beautiful and graceful.
A mustang, wild and free.

They're adaptable, quiet, intellegent, quick witted, affectionate, playful and of course beautiful.
Who wouldn't want to be a fox, being able to blend into their surroundings when they don't want to be noticed.

a domestic cat... soft and fluffy... a perpetual kitten because that way i can play when i want to.. be stuck up when i want to... hide when i want to... but all will always be forgiven when i rub myself on someones leg or purr and rub my head on their hand or across their face.

My favorite, as well. I have owned three in my lifetime - or should I say they owned me. Right now, I have no pets, but that will change, eventually, I am sure.
