I'm having a nettle summer this year. I'm "nettling" that means, in my own definition, that I am doing lots of things with nettles.
One thing that I will not lose out on is the beneficial my hair will get from it.

The best part about the nettle is that you can use the plant to get rid of the stings. If it stings you, just break it off and use the fluid inside to get the sting cured. I've been stripping fibres of nettles for three days straight now and not even one has hurt me for more than a couple of seconds.
(nettles are good for lots of other things too, but that's another story)
